David Kotter, CEO

David Kotter is the CEO/President of the Hybrid Debt Fund, as well as Integrity Capital, LLC. Integrity Capital, LLC focuses on proactive commercial finance services for clients throughout the United States. Loan, or equity, parameters are 30 to 300 million and they have funded over 1 billion to date.

David is the husband of Jill, a father

David Kotter is the CEO/President of the Hybrid Debt Fund, as well as Integrity Capital, LLC. David is the husband of Jill, a father of 2 children, a member/founder of H3 Phoenix.com, ambassador for The Phoenix Rescue Mission, Elder at Scottsdale Bible Church and an advocate of the poor and disenfranchised. He won 4 out of 5 national championships for Rugby and played in New Zealand/Australia. David is an Eagle Scout, loves to hike and is a huge fan of Chris Botti.
